with proof of the same address traveling together or single females. Age requirements: vacationers
must be between the ages of 24 and 70 years. Combined annual household income requirements: If
married or cohabiting, $40,000 per year. Single females, $40,000 per year. If retired, $40,000.
Vacationers must attend a minimum 90-minute vacation interval ownership presentation. If married,
both husband and wife, or co-habitators must attend together. Vacationers will be charged full
price for accommodations and any gifts they received if they fail to take this presentation. This
offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or more families traveling together or
meeting at the same resort within seven (7) days of one another, using the Grand Crowne Resorts,
Surrey Vacation Resorts, Inc. and Surrey Leisure Plan Certificate, regardless of where the
certificate was obtained.
This offer is void to employees of Grand Crowne Resorts, Grand Crowne Corporation, their affiliated
companies and their immediate families and previous participants of Grand Crowne Resorts Pigeon
Forge promotions within the past 12 months. After 14 days from purchase, this package is
non-refundable. To cancel package within 14 days of purchase, you must personally speak to a
compliance manager at 1-800-711-9950.
Vacationers must present a valid driver's license and a major credit card. Checkbooks not accepted.
Vacationers must be a legal U.S. resident and able to speak and understand English. Hotel taxes,
transportation, phone calls, meals, special hotel requests, etc. (other than provided for in your
package) are the responsibility of the vacationers.
Reservations must be received by Grand Crowne Resorts at least fifteen (15) days in advance of
requested arrival date. All reservations are booked year-round on a space available basis. For us
to best accommodate you, plan ahead and set your dates early. Note: Accommodations are for one (1)
standard hotel room with two (2) beds. Parking is for a normal family automobile. Please, no
recreational vehicles.
A written confirmation will be mailed within seven (7) business days after Grand Crowne Resorts
receives your requested vacation dates. All reservation requests are based on availability. This
certificate expires twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Travel must be completed by
expiration date. All gifting may be substituted with a gift of equal or greater value if a gift is
not available. Gifting is subject to change and based upon availability.
Confirmed dates may be changed one time at no additional charge. Grand Crowne Resorts must be
notified fifteen days prior to arrival. A $30.00 fee will be applied for any additional date
changes. Once arrival dates have been reserved, you must notify us of any changes at least 48 hours
prior to arrival date. Failure to do so will result in the charge of full rack room rate for all
nights gifted. If vacationers do not meet the privileges and provisions of this offer and arrive in
Pigeon Forge without notifying Grand Crowne Resorts, this offer will be considered void and
non-refundable.
This offer is subject to availability. Grand Crowne Resorts is licensed for vacation interval
ownership in Tennessee. This is not an offer to sell to residents of any state in which
registration has not been completed. Grand Crowne Resorts is not responsible for any oral or
written statements not included in these privileges and provisions. This package may be transferred
to a person who meets all qualifications. All transfer requests must be in writing and include the
name, tour # and phone number of the original owner and the name, address and phone number of the
person the package is being transferred to.
