Attractions and events in Pigeon
Forge include the Dollywood theme park, the
Southern Gospel Museum
and Hall of Fame, the award-winning Country Tonite Theatre, the Comedy Barn, the Miracle Theater, and such seasonal events as Winterfest. These attractions and
the natural beauty of the area draw approximately 11 million people per year. The Carbo's Police
Museum, which is privately operated and not run by the Pigeon Forge Police Department, has been open
since 1976.

Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame:

Thousands of items from some of the greatest musical artists can be found in the Southern Gospel
Hall of Fame and Museum, where over one million visitors come to see and learn about this genre of
music by reading and observing visual displays and memorabilia from a century of gospel music. Just
inside Dollywood, the museum features items from inductees such as Bill Gaither, Jimmy Davis, London
Parris, James Vaughn, Jim Hamill and Lloyd Orrell. After a stroll through the Hall of Fame and
Museum, stop by the gift shop where you will find the largest selection of Southern Gospel Music
this side of the Mississippi.
Country Tonite Theater:

There's a reason Country Tonite has been named the "Best Show in the Smokies" by fans and
critics! In addition to the incredible country music performances fans have come to love and respect
at Country Tonite in Pigeon Forge, TN, the show offers an unbelievable gospel segment, patriotic
extravaganza, and, of course, side-splitting comedy. You'll meet Bubba the Redneck Ranger who does
his best to keep watch over the nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park, but as you'll see, he
ends up in more predicaments than he prevents! You'll also see stunning rope and lasso tricks, as

Comedy Barn:
Gather up the family and join the fun, laughter,
music, and magic with "America's Funniest Family Variety Show," at The Comedy Barn Theater! This
show has won awards for the Funniest Show for ten years running. Fun for the whole family, The
Comedy Barn features comedians, jugglers, fire-eaters, and many unique barnyard animals, including
Arnold, the Mind Reading Pig! Of course, we would not forget the great country music with The Comedy

Miracle Theater:
Featuring more than 100 actors, singers,
dancers, technicians and live animals, The Miracle takes the audience through a gripping account of

WinterFest:

This holiday kick-off offers visitors the chance to warm up with hot chili and join in the
merriment as millions of sparkling holiday lights are lit across Gatlinburg. The city is bursting
with Christmas cheer, and even Scrooge himself will feel holiday spirit at this light ceremony. For
a small admission fee, visitors can sample chili from about 20 award-winning chili cooks to warm up
while watching the lights bask the Smoky Mountains in a festive holiday glow. The event takes place
at the exciting Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, so plan to spend an entire day exploring all the
sights of the aquarium, taking in the stunning holiday lights displays and sampling some of the best
chili in the Smoky Mountains!
Carbo's Police Museum:
Carbo's Police Museum features an authentic collection of police items including badges,
uniforms, weapons, handcuffs, and other objects from all over the country and around the world. The
exhibits feature a private collection of items collected by Dr. and Mrs. Bert Carbo. The museum has
over 5,000 items on display including the largest collection of memorabilia featuring "Walking Tall"
Sheriff Buford Pusser. There is also a tribute to all of the police officers who have died in the
line of duty.
