Married or cohabiting couples may combine their incomes to meet the income requirement, and, if married or cohabiting, the couple is required to attend the presentation together. Couples are required to provide proof of matching addresses at time of check-in.
Eligibility is limited to those younger than 69 years of age and over 30. Exception to the age limitation may be made with proper documentation of informed consent. Attendance at a minimum 90 minute sales presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership is also required to qualify for this offer.
All participants are required to speak and understand English. Verified retail value of promotional gifts ranges from $50.00 to $150.00, based upon package offer. Verified retail value of accommodations is a rate of up to $175.00 per night, based upon travel season, check-in dates, and package offer. Additional charges may apply during weekends, peak periods and holiday stays. Savings and accommodations will vary per season.
A photo ID as well as a valid personal Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card, or check book is required at check-in. (Debit and/or bank cards are not accepted.) Transportation, additional expenses, and applicable room and other taxes (other than provided for in your package) are the sole responsibility of the recipients.
Accommodations are at a Grand Crowne preferred partner hotel unless your package includes condominium accommodations. This offer is made on a space available basis and is non-transferable, unless approved in writing by Grand Crowne Resorts. One offer per family, no groups.
Travel must be completed after Jan. 1, 2008 and before Feb. 28, 2008. If you have to reschedule, you must notify us at two (2) weeks prior to your arrival. A $30.00 re-schedule fee will be charged for any additional date changes. (Only 1 reschedule per package). No rescheduling is allowed within two (2) weeks of your scheduled arrival date.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will have charged to their credit or check card an accommodations' fee equivalent to the published rack rate of such accommodations, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.
Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
You may cancel and request a refund at any time within fourteen (14) days following receipt of your vacation package materials. The cancellation must be made by calling 1-800-711-9950 and you must personally speak to a compliance manager.
