Thousands of items from some of the greatest musical artists can be found in the Southern Gospel Hall of Fame and Museum, where over one million visitors come to see and learn about this genre of music by reading and observing visual displays and memorabilia from a century of gospel music. Just inside Dollywood, the museum features items from inductees such as Bill Gaither, Jimmy Davis, London Parris, James Vaughn, Jim Hamill and Lloyd Orrell. After a stroll through the Hall of Fame and Museum, stop by the gift shop where you will find the largest selection of Southern Gospel Music this side of the Mississippi.

WinterFest:

Winterfest  - Pigeon Forge

This holiday kick-off offers visitors the chance to warm up with hot chili and join in the merriment as millions of sparkling holiday lights are lit across Gatlinburg. The city is bursting with Christmas cheer, and even Scrooge himself will feel holiday spirit at this light ceremony. For a small admission fee, visitors can sample chili from about 20 award-winning chili cooks to warm up while watching the lights bask the Smoky Mountains in a festive holiday glow. The event takes place at the exciting Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, so plan to spend an entire day exploring all the sights of the aquarium, taking in the stunning holiday lights displays and sampling some of the best chili in the Smoky Mountains!

Carbo's Police Museum:

Carbo's Police Museum features an authentic collection of police items including badges, uniforms, weapons, handcuffs, and other objects from all over the country and around the world. The exhibits feature a private collection of items collected by Dr. and Mrs. Bert Carbo. The museum has over 5,000 items on display including the largest collection of memorabilia featuring "Walking Tall" Sheriff Buford Pusser. There is also a tribute to all of the police officers who have died in the line of duty.
